When you know your happy with your choice, arrange to come in with the
following items:

  • Three Months Pay Slips
  • Three Months Bank Statements
  • Previous Landlord / Letting Agent Reference
  • Photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence)

How do I pay the Rent ?

Your first payment of the RENT + our £200 non-refundable admin fee, can be paid in cash or via Debit card or Credit Card. If paying by credit card a 4% commission fee will have to be added - these methods of payment allow you to take the studio the same day. Paying by cheque or by Online internet banking direct into our account,

Keys can be exchanged after confirmation that the payment has cleared - this can unfortunately still take 3 - 5 days depending on your bank.

All future payments must be made by setting up a Standing order arrangement which we will be happy to assist you with.


  • Non-Refundable Admin Fee of £200
  • First Month's Rent in Advance, depending on size of accommodation Range is £500 to £600

Why don't you charge a Deposit, like everyone else?

We have thought long and hard about our decision not to charge a deposit, as many other landlords and letting agents can charge between 6 - 10 weeks upfront as a deposit (£800 - £1200).

We build our relationship with you as our customer on TRUST, and we feel it's not a great start to any relationship, by asking for so much of your own money for us to keep hold of just in case things go wrong.

The DPS (Deposit Protection Scheme) a Government introduced scheme to protect tenants from unscrupuless landlords, is meant to help but it just introduces another third party into any disagreements and greatly extends the time and more often than not, reduces what you the tenant hopes to get back.

So here at we are going to put our TRUST IN YOU to keep your lovely new studio clean and tidy and pay your rent on time...

In return we ask you to report any accidental damage, leaks or general wear and tear so our staff can resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.

Accidents and breakages do occur, which may be your fault, and we would ask you to just pay just the cost of those repairs and not a penny more.
